Inventory Manager

Responsibilities:

Monitor stock levels across warehouses/stores, conduct routine audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure 100% data accuracy. Analyze sales trends and stock turnover rates to forecast product demand and maintain optimal reorder points. Liaise with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, resolve delivery discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock damage, theft, obsolescence, and shrinkage. Coordinate stock movements, receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows to maximize storage space and operational efficiency. Prepare monthly inventory reports, cost analyses, stock valuation statements, and present actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of BSC in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
