Fresh Real Estate Agent

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their needs and budgets, presenting suitable projects, conducting property tours, and advising on market conditions and investment opportunities.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with developers, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring all documentation complies with legal and company standards.

The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for following up with leads, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain a professional, client-focused environment.

Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.

Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build trusting, long-term client relationships.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property valuation, market trends, and investment analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.

Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple clients and projects, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in property sales within Egypt or the Middle East is an advantage.
