PE Manager

1.Supervise and monitor the team's operations, or perform the work personally, to ensure all activities are carried out according to the established plans and objectives in the following areas:

1.1 Control the planning and monitoring of the design and development activities for new production lines supporting the company's new product models (New Model).

1.2 Supervise the design and development of production lines for the company's new product models.

1.3 Control and monitor the planning, fabrication, and installation of production tools, machinery, and manufacturing equipment for new product models.

1.4 Continuously improve the design processes of production tools, machinery, and manufacturing equipment to enhance efficiency.

1.5 Continuously improve manufacturing processes and production line efficiency for the company's products.

1.6 Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team by supporting, coaching, and providing opportunities for subordinates and colleagues to demonstrate and develop their capabilities.

1.7 Recommend solutions and process improvement initiatives that align with the organization's vision, strategic objectives, and business goals.

1.8 Plan, analyze, and support operational activities through a systematic, accurate, and appropriate approach to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications: Age 35 years old or above. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering management role. Experience in automotive manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
