Your tasks
We are looking for motivated and hands-on Production Engineers to join our production operations team. This opportunity is ideal for young engineers who want to build their manufacturing expertise through practical experience in process monitoring, production reporting, yield improvement, and shop-floor operations.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production line performance and shift operating parameters to support daily production targets.
- Perform material mass balance, production yield, and cycle-time calculations.
- Prepare daily shift reports covering production output, scrap, material consumption, and downtime.
- Apply practical 5S and TPM tools to improve workplace organization, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Support machine operators in following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining consistent production quality.
- Record shift output, raw material consumption, and downtime causes using ERP or digital tracking systems.
- Identify production losses and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use AI tools and digital solutions, where appropriate, to assist with Excel formulas, data analysis, technical reporting, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Chemical Engineering is not the preferred background for this role.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
- Basic practical understanding of material balance, yield calculations, cycle times, and production KPIs.
- Familiarity with shop-floor 5S, TPM, and waste-reduction practices.
- Ability to prepare production reports and work with Excel, ERP, or digital production tracking systems.
- Willingness to work on-site and commit to rotating factory shifts, including night shifts when required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is an advantage.
