Marketing / Sales Manager (Electrical / Power Solutions)

Responsibilities  Drive sales growth and execute business development strategies within assigned market sectors.  Formulate and implement targeted sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.  Engage closely with clients and design engineers to establish product specifications and technical requirements.  Lead technical clarifications to resolve client inquiries and deliver aligned technical solutions.  Proactively explore new market opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. 

Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.  Minimum 5 years of sales experience with established network contacts in Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Power Plants, or EPC contractors.  Demonstrated track record in technical sales, market penetration, and key account management.  Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
