IT Administrator

Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments (2019, 2022, 2025, and later) , including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, File Services, and related infrastructure services.

Manage and maintain Linux server environments (Ubuntu/CentOS) supporting web applications, databases, and critical infrastructure services.

Design, deploy, and manage virtualization environments , ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and efficient resource utilization.

Deploy, configure, and maintain web hosting and application platforms , including IIS, cPanel, Plesk, Nginx, and Apache.

Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including Compute, Networking, Storage, Load Balancers, and other cloud services.

Configure and manage OCI Load Balancers and Web Application Firewalls (OCI WAF) , including security policies, traffic rules, and application protection.

Manage DNS infrastructure, SSL/TLS certificates, domain configurations, and secure application connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments.

Monitor server and cloud infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues , perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective solutions to maintain high system availability.

Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for critical servers, applications, databases, and cloud workloads.

Perform infrastructure security assessments, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, log analysis, and security incident investigation.

Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network security policies , with hands-on experience in platforms such as MikroTik and DrayTek.

Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL , including performance monitoring, database maintenance, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.

Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring and alerting solutions for servers, applications, networks, and cloud resources.

Manage system capacity, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities to ensure infrastructure remains secure, stable, and up to date.

Collaborate with Software Development and Engineering teams to deploy, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications and services.

Support enterprise customers and internal teams in resolving complex server, cloud, networking, and infrastructure-related issues , while ensuring SLA compliance.

Maintain accurate technical documentation , including infrastructure diagrams, configurations, procedures, recovery plans, and system inventories.

Manage and maintain Yeastar IP PBX / VoIP infrastructure and associated IP phones as part of the company's communication infrastructure.

Support and maintain Hikvision CCTV infrastructure , including NVRs, IP cameras, storage, and network connectivity when required.

Experience Level: A minimum of 3-7 years of demonstrable experience in an IT Administrator or similar role, showcasing your proficiency as an Experienced professional.

Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in System Administration , with hands-on experience across Windows Server and Linux environments.

Network & Cloud Proficiency: Strong command of Networking principles, including configuration and management of MikroTik devices, and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) .

Security Acumen: A solid understanding and practical experience in implementing robust Cybersecurity measures.

Identity & Data Management: Proficient in administering Active Directory and managing SQL Server databases.

Operational Technologies: Experience with VoIP systems and CCTV infrastructure.

Virtualization Skills: Practical experience with Virtualization technologies.

Problem Solver: Exceptional Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skills, coupled with a strong commitment to providing excellent Technical Support .
