EHS Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the plant’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system. Coordinate hazardous waste and solid waste management processes, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and support safe production operations within the factory.
Key Responsibilities: -Establish and maintain the plant’s environmental management system and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. -Coordinate and manage hazardous waste and solid waste throughout the entire disposal process. -Monitor and control wastewater treatment and air emission systems to ensure compliant discharge standards. -Conduct routine EHS inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities. -Investigate incidents, accidents, and environmental abnormalities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. -Coordinate with government authorities regarding EHS-related matters, audits, inspections, and reporting. -Organize EHS training programs and emergency response drills for employees. -Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, reports, permits, and related records. -Support internal and external EHS audits. -Promote continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. 3–5 years of EHS-related experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience in local factories in Thailand is preferred. Able to independently coordinate and communicate with relevant government authorities. Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, hazard identification, and emergency response management. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills. Able to work 6 days per week.
