physiotherapy assistant

Stride Sports & Physiotherapy - Brintnell is seeking a friendly, intelligent, hard-working, dependable and flexible individual to work in a fast-paced environment between the hours of 8am-9 pm Monday to Friday , Saturday 8-2 (Shifts may vary). We are looking for full time candidates!

*Previous experience in a physiotherapy clinic is an asset.*

*An education background in physiotherapy, kinesiology or physical therapy assistant programs is an asset.*

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Capability to work both individually and as a team

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic
• Laundering towels and disinfection of the work environment and equipment
• Maintaining inventory for the clinic
• Assisting Physiotherapists and clientele with their needs, such as exercise program, electrotherapy, ultrasound, heat or ice and TENS.
• Maintaining clinic flow during peak hours

There is also potential for advancement within a growing company for individuals who demonstrate initiative, professionalism and leadership.

Starting wage ranges from $16 to $17 depending on experience.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
