Summary Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact from day one? We're seeking a Marketing Programs Coordinator to join our growing International Marketing team, supporting demand generation programmes across EMEA and APAC. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a developing role while contributing directly to the growth of some of Smarsh's fastest-growing markets. Working alongside experienced Marketing, Sales and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in delivering campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue. From campaign execution and lead management to marketing operations and reporting, you'll help ensure every programme delivers measurable business impact.This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to every stage of the demand generation lifecycle. You'll work across regional campaigns, webinars, strategic events and marketing operations, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey. How will you contribute? Lead Management & Sales Alignment:

o Monitor and manage marketing-qualified lead (MQL) workflows across EMEA and APAC.

o Ensure all MQLs are routed appropriately and followed up within established service level agreements (SLAs).

o Partner closely with regional sales teams to track lead progression and disposition.

o Support lead nurture and follow-up processes to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion performance.

o Maintain visibility into lead status and escalate follow-up gaps when necessary.

CRM & Marketing Operations:

o Maintain CRM data quality and hygiene, ensuring accurate lead and contact records.

o Support lead routing, campaign attribution, and pipeline administration processes.

o Assist with reporting on campaign performance, intent data analysis, lead conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution.

o Support ongoing process improvements across marketing operations and sales handoffs.

Campaign Support:

o Support execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels.

o Assist with email marketing, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and performance tracking.

o Coordinate campaign assets and timelines with internal stakeholders and external partners.

o Help ensure campaign execution aligns with regional growth objectives.

o Coordinate and support execution of the regional webinar program.

o Support Senior Marketing Manager with strategic events, driving attendee engagement and maximizing follow-up opportunities.

What will you bring? 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related role.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce as well as marketing platforms such as HubSpot, 6Sense, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Highly analytical with strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with regional or international B2B demand gen programs.

Exposure to SaaS, technology, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise software markets.

Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices for leveraging AI across marketing process, technology and analytics.
