Position Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A leading group in Dubai, with a strong presence across multiple industries, and operating more than 20 successful companies in the region.

Job Description:

• Execute group-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
• Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
• Source, screen, shortlist per job description as needed, partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Filipina candidate with minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (Strong executive search and high-volume recruitment experience)
• Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and talent mapping.
• Coming from a diversified group ( construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or conglomerates.
