£30,000 Basic Salary + 10% Uncapped Commission Full-Time | Permanent

Red Recruitment Consultants are recruiting on behalf of an established, family-run business in Lichfield City Centre for an experienced Sales Executive .

We’re looking for someone with energy, confidence and personality who genuinely enjoys sales and building relationships with customers.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit and wait for the phone to ring. You’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, finding opportunities, winning new business and developing your own portfolio of customers.

The Role You’ll be responsible for:

• Proactively generating new business through outbound calling
• Building and developing your own customer portfolio
• Managing the full sales process from initial contact through to close
• Developing long-term relationships with customers
• Selling a range of business products including printers, ink and toner, and office furniture
• Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information on the CRM

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or telesales and be confident generating your own opportunities.

More importantly, we’re looking for the right personality. You’ll need to be:

• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• Naturally personable and able to build rapport
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Resilient enough to take a “no” and go again
• Competitive and motivated by targets
• Hungry to develop your earnings through uncapped commission
