Temp Customer Service Executive – Order Management / SAP | Up to $4,500 #HHLT

📍 Science Park 2 💰 $4,000–$4,500/month 📅 6-Month Contract

💼 Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, maintenance, rentals and deliveries
• Process customer and service orders using ERP / SAP systems
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders and invoices
• Coordinate job scheduling, equipment receipt/return and customer deliveries
• Liaise with engineers, sales, logistics, warehouse and suppliers on order status
• Monitor open orders, unbilled transactions and stock availability
• Support service contracts, rental agreements and spare parts orders
• Monitor contract expiry dates and prepare renewal documentation
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and engineer dispatch
• Support inventory planning and general service administration

📝 Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 2–4 years' experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Service Coordination
• SAP experience required; SAP DW1 / Service Module experience highly preferred
• Engineering, medical device or technical service industry experience advantageous
