Qualifications:

needs to be onsite everday following CB core hours; flexible - sometimes need to do OT, shifting or weekend work as needed

understands various Infra (e.g. network, middleware, servers, etc)

able to explain through diagrams/illustrations

can communicate verbally effectively (explaining complex ideas/terminologies in simpler terms; uses analogy)

can do thorough analysis/investigation to determine event triggers and scenarios;

can put together pieces of information to formulate a conclusive and cohesive analysis

can read logs and interprets them meaningfully

meticulous and has attention to details
