Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the financial, banking, or money changer industry
• Able to lead a team and manage branch operations
• Experience developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and branch development
• Understanding of BI/OJK regulations regarding foreign exchange (PUVA)
• Understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations
• Experience using cashier systems or money changer management systems
• Able to build relationships with customers and business partners
• Well-organized and results-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong decision-making capacity.
• Active English proficiency
• Placement in Jakarta, Tangerang & Bandung
