Supply Chain Manager

Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, service level, and cost effectiveness.
Lead and oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities.
Ensure product availability and on-time delivery to meet business and customer requirements.
Manage inventory planning, stock accuracy, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, lead time, and operational costs.
Identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the supply chain team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building materials is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics.
Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and process improvement.
Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/Supply Chain Management systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
