Responsibilities: Strong collaborator --You thrive on building relationships and working with your team to achieve a common goal: to be the best sports company in the world Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, ensuring both individual and team sales objectives are achieved Commitment to the team roster and positive attendance record Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy Able to assist in-store operational duties, such as ensuring the cleanliness of the store, performing stock replenishment, stock checks and managing the fitting room area Be always presentable in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards Co-ordinate and be involved in event / activity logistics & preparations  Requirements: Professional background/ Experience: Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail Exposure: Sports, Fashion Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management Fresh graduates, no prior experience will be considered. Computer skills:  Outlook: Intermediate Word: Intermediate Excel: Intermediate Powerpoint: Intermediate Working Hours: 44hrs Per Week subjected to shift rotations schedule, 2 off days per week Locations: Suntec City, Jewel, Orchard Brand Centre, Northpoint
