Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders Post contracts administration related to QS duties Carry out other contracts administration tasks Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably candidate with experience in high-rise building projects Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage SIA/ PSSCOC condition of contracts knowledge Degree in Quantity Surveying Able to work both independently and lead a team 5 days work / week Interested candidate are welcome to submit your updated CV via APPLY.
