Client Accountant / Accounts Senior (Accountancy Practice)

Your tasks
- Your own portfolio of clients, with you as their main contact
- Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts under FRS 102 1A and FRS 105
- Corporation tax computations, CT600s and self-assessment returns
- Keeping clients compliant, including MTD for Income Tax
- Agreeing a written tax plan with each company and director client every year
- Running client meetings by video and spotting where they need extra advice
- Reviewing junior colleagues' work and helping them develop
Requirements
If you're an Accounts Senior, Senior Accountant or Client Accountant in practice and you want more ownership of your clients, this one is worth a look.
- ACCA, ACA or MAAT qualified, or a finalist
- A solid UK accountancy practice background
- Confidence with accounts, corporation tax and SA100s
- Happy leading client meetings and owning the relationship
- Commercial awareness: time recording, WIP and billing
- Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks experience
