Your tasks
Overview: As a senior member of our technical office, you will bridge the gap between design and execution. You will lead the technical preparation of projects, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and coordinated to meet the highest industry standards.
- Lead the production of high-quality Shop Drawings and technical details using AutoCAD and other advanced tools.
- Manage Projects Coordination across various engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and conflict resolution.
- Oversee Quantity Surveying tasks, providing accurate measurements and cost estimations to keep projects on budget.
- Review and approve technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with site teams to provide technical support and resolve any on-site architectural challenges.
Requirements
Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Architecture and Engineering, utilizing Microsoft Office and AutoCAD to drive efficiency. Your deep understanding of Technical Office workflows will be critical to our success.
- Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in a technical office environment within the construction or architecture industry.
- Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a professional who can hit the ground running and lead complex technical tasks.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Shop Drawings, and Quantity Surveying is essential.
- Coordination Skills: Exceptional Projects Coordination abilities to manage multidisciplinary workflows effectively.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required to meet the technical demands of this role.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and a comprehensive understanding of Technical Office procedures.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
