RESPONSIBILITY

• Analyze, monitor, lead, and evaluate outlet performance achievements against established targets.
• Manage and monitor outlet administrative processes to ensure they comply with applicable standard operating procedures.
• Build communication and relationships with the surrounding environment and community to create a safe, comfortable, and conducive environment for both customers and outlet employees.
• Execute marketing activations and promotional initiatives to increase outlet traffic and sales.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Possesses an interest in retail, marketing, and sales.
• Enjoys sports activities and has a passion for cycling.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target- and results-oriented. Adaptive, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia.
