LBAPS is seeking an Authorization Specialist to support insurance authorization and verification processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Obtain and manage insurance authorizations

Verify patient benefits and eligibility

Track authorization status and renewals

Coordinate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Ensure timely processing of requests

Qualifications:

Healthcare authorization experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
