The Role Job Title: Paid Social Manager  Employer: Mediavest t/a Core Location: Dublin 2, Ireland Salary: €33,000 – €44,000 per annum (DOE) Hours of Work: 39 hours per week, full-time, permanent Mediavest t/a Core is seeking a Paid Social Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will support the management of paid promotional campaigns across social media platforms and work with internal teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. The role involves setting up, monitoring and optimising social media campaigns, as well as analysing performance and preparing reports. The Paid Social Manager will collaborate with colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities Plan, implement and manage paid social media campaigns Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results Analyse data and provide insights and reports Work with internal teams to support campaign planning and delivery Manage campaign budgets and track performance Support administrative and reporting processes related to campaigns Stay up to date with trends and developments in digital marketing Additional Information This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin 2 Standard working hours are 39 per week Salary offered is in line with experience and within the stated range   Applicants must include a cover letter of approximately 300 words  detailing their experience and suitability for the position. Your profile Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, media buying or a related field Experience managing or supporting digital or social media campaigns Good understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar) Strong organisational and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Desirable (Not Essential) Experience working in ecommerce or online retail Familiarity with digital marketing tools and optimisation techniques   Person Specification Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality Good understanding of digital marketing channels and practices Strong interest in digital marketing and awareness of industry trends Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas Good presentation and reporting skills Ability to understand client requirements and objectives Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment Ability to make informed decisions and respond to changing priorities Flexible and responsive approach to work Why us?
