We're looking for a motivated Junior Trade Execution Associate to join our Trade Execution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in contract execution, trade documentation, shipment coordination, and working with global customers and suppliers

What will you be doing? Support the execution of sales and purchase contracts throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Prepare and process trade-related documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.

Coordinate with traders and internal departments to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time.

Follow up with customers, suppliers, banks, inspection companies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders regarding required documents.

Assist in preparing documentary instructions based on contractual requirements.

Review trade documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

Monitor shipment milestones and ensure all required documentation is available in line with the agreed schedule.

Update contract and shipment information in the ERP system.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.

Communicate shipment and documentation updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Holding a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business Administration from a reputable university

Previous internship experiences would be preferable

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of MS office
