- Candidate could be QBE, LC, Legal Executive or a Solicitor
Your tasks
- The ideal candidate should be able to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from start to finish, including:
- Purchases
- Sales
- Re-mortgages / refinancing
- Bridging finance transactions
- Medium/high-value and property matters
- They must be confident running files with minimal supervision and dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
Requirements
- Strong technical residential conveyancing knowledge
- Ability to run purchase, sale, refinance and bridging files independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
