Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Record daily journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.

Prepare and maintain cash books and monitor cash transactions.

Manage and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Monitor customer collections and prepare periodic collection reports.

Upload electronic invoices and ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements.

Prepare and follow up on monthly and annual tax filings, coordinating with the external auditor and tax advisor as needed.

Perform regular bank reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports for management.

Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.

Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Good knowledge of accounting systems and electronic invoicing.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to analyze financial data.
