Chef de Partie

Murfind Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team at Padraicin's, Furbo Hill, Furbo, Co. Galway, Ireland, H91 YW68. Candidates must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen. Duties include working across all kitchen sections, including the grill, fryer and pastry sections, and occasionally assisting at the pass. The successful candidate will be required to prepare, cook and serve food to a consistently high standard and maintain a clean and tidy workspace. Candidates must be punctual, energetic and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Salary: €36,605 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
