Job Purpose
The SPARK Programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give candidates hands-on experience in the fast-paced biotech industry. Over 2 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to MoonLake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose-driven environment. Your profile
We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following areas: Office & Logistics: The trainee will support day-to-day office and logistics operations while providing on-site assistance for events and workshops.
Key Accountabilities
Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews
Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub
Your profile
Accepted at an institution for higher education, currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree
Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week
Work Location 3 days/week in our Cambridge (UK) office.
