We are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Toyota Motor Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team. This is an exciting time to join us, as we've recently announced the development of a brand-new Toyota dealership in Naas.

About the Role

As a Toyota Technician, you will be working with an experienced team in a fast-paced, high-standard workshop. You'll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles in line with Toyota manufacturer standards and dealership expectations. This is a hands-on role with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approach
• Carry out servicing and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership guidelines
• Work efficiently from job cards, ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork
• Perform vehicle health checks and notify the service team of any additional work required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to workshop policies
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity targets
• Support and uphold Toyota's core values: Customer First Respect for People Continuous Improvement (Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota trained preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
• Full, valid driver's licence
• IT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems
