Supply Chain & Logistic Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor with strong experience in import and export operations, customs clearance procedures in Egypt , and free zone compliance . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely documentation, clearance, and dispatch of goods, and maintaining compliance with Egyptian regulations including ACID number issuance . Fluency in English is essential. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all import shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring timely clearance and delivery

Issue and manage ACID (Advanced Cargo Information Declaration) numbers in coordination with NAFEZA and relevant platforms

Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and port authorities to ensure efficient import and export customs clearance

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations , including documentation, duties, and NAFEZA procedures

Coordinate with suppliers for order readiness, pickup scheduling, and shipping documentation

Supervise free zone export shipments , including preparation of required customs clearance and dispatch documentation (export invoices, exit permits, truck manifests, etc.)

Ensure on-time dispatch from the free zone and accurate documentation for customs gate clearance

Maintain accurate records of all shipments, clearance statuses, and stock movement

Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.)

Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) to align logistics activities

Handle claims and disputes related to shipping, customs, or damaged goods

Maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, suppliers, and regulatory authorities

Forecast demand and make orders accordingly.

Manage inventory and stock and keep them at optimal levels.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export logistics and customs clearance in Egypt

In-depth knowledge of Egyptian import/export procedures, customs clearance laws, ACID, and free zone regulations

Proficiency in using NAFEZA and CargoX platforms

Strong understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and international shipping documents

Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Preferred: Experience handling logistics in industrial, manufacturing, or trading environments

Familiarity with bonded and free zone procedures and documentation

ERP or logistics software experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
