Assets Manager

The Assets Manager is responsible for managing, controlling, and safeguarding all company assets and ensuring their proper utilization, availability, maintenance, and documentation. The role covers all company-owned and assigned assets, including machinery, vehicles, equipment, tools, IT equipment, furniture, and other operational assets.

Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets.

Ensure proper allocation, utilization, and safeguarding of assets.

Conduct regular physical asset checks and reconcile them with company records.

Manage asset handover, transfer, return, and disposal processes.

Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans for relevant assets.

Follow up on repairs, maintenance, and asset-related service requirements.

Monitor asset condition and recommend repair, replacement, or disposal when required.

Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and other relevant departments on asset-related matters.

Monitor asset-related costs and identify opportunities to improve utilization and reduce unnecessary expenses.

Ensure employees are aware of their responsibility for assets assigned to them.

Investigate and report cases of damaged, lost, or misused company assets.

Prepare regular reports on asset status, movements, maintenance, and related costs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in asset management, administration, facilities, operations, or a related field.

Good command of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good command of English.
