Business Developement – Construction

We are currently seeking to hire a qualified Business Developer with strong experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, clients, and strategic partners.

Follow up potential projects, tenders, and business leads.

Coordinate with Tendering, Commercial, Technical, and Management teams.

Prepare business development reports, market analysis, and opportunity pipelines.

Support prequalification processes and company presentations.

Follow up client requirements and ensure proper communication with all concerned departments.

Assist in developing business strategies to expand the company’s market presence.

Monitor competitors, market trends, and upcoming construction projects.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Developer

Previous experience in a construction company is a must.

Strong knowledge of the construction market, clients, consultants, developers, and business opportunities.

Proven ability to identify new projects, build client relationships, and support company growth.
