CNC Machinist/Programmer

Responsibilities Operate and program 5-axis CNC machines to create precision, prototype, and one-off components

Develop and optimize CAM programs in Siemens NX for complex, multi-axis machining

Translate 3D models and technical drawings into innovative machining strategies

Choose the right tools and cutting parameters to balance quality, speed, and efficiency

Perform in-process inspections and adjust setups for flawless results

Troubleshoot machining challenges and implement quick, effective solutions

Collaborate with engineering and prototyping teams on new product development

Tackle daily hands-on challenges in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in 5-axis CNC machining

Proficiency in CAM programming, specifically with Siemens NX

Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T

Experience in aerospace or satellite component manufacturing is a plus!
