Your tasks

Our company is looking for Customer Service Representative who'd like to be part of the excitement of our auction technology business.

Key Responsibilities: -Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. -Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.

• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Requirements

Qualifications We are seeking an individual that is organized, detailed-oriented and highly self-motivated by growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be:

• Skilled with technology and computers
• Strong Communication Skills
• Post Secondary Education is an asset
• Time Management Skills
• Previous experience in customer service
• Can work well as part of a team
• Self motivated with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Education

• Secondary School (preferred)

• customer service: 2 years (preferred)
