Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Community/Locality Team Location : Knowsley Rate : £31.15 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Social Worker. They are looking for a new member to join the Adults Community/Locality Team in Knowsley.

What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be completing Social care needs assessments, Support planning, Commissioning Risk assessing and managing risks - attending MARAMS safeguarding MCA/BI COP DOLS CHC - DST.

Qualifications and Experiences: To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
