Business Associate Manager

Your tasks

An Associate Business Manager is professional who can support senior leadership groups in supervising daily operations in the workshop or at site and maintaining organizational practices

Key Functions/Responsibilities

• Operation Roles: Co-ordinate workflows, assist with department alignment and assist in executing repair and rebuild projects.
• Purchasing Functions: The candidate must be well verse in electrical and mechanical part of trucks and heavy equipments.
• Administrative Roles: Prepare financial report, track key performance index, build job order work flow and analyze market trends.
• Management Roles: Act as a two ways communication between front office, senior management and support/control functions.
• Risk Compliance/Assessment Roles: Ensure company policies, SOP, local regulatory safety processes are followed in the heavy vehicle workshop and working at sites

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bacheor's degree/Diploma in Business, Management, Engineering or related fields
• Experience: Requires 2-5 years of experience in workshop operations, purchasing and Job deligation administration.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and Excel/data skills, vehicle repair and servicing Job management capabilities, Clear communication and attention to details to minimise risk that are associate with operating in heavy vehicle workshop or at work sites.

Working Hours/Locations

• The workshop location is at 20 Sungei Kadut (729463)
• 8.00AM-6.00PM daily (6 days work week)
• Will require to support the mechanical and engineering team in multiple locations.
