The Data Curator works closely with others on the team, as well as our customers, to help democratize machine learning. This role works on challenging projects to develop new features on our platform and strengthens our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Build, validate, and troubleshoot predictive data science models in collaboration with the Data Science team using internal tools and metrics

Perform stringent data checks to identify and address inconsistent data issues and leak variables

Tailor customer models and data processing pipelines to each individual institution’s needs, processes, and goals

Contribute creative feature engineering solutions for use in customer models

Build out necessary configuration files to deploy customer models

Communicate technical data requirements, project timelines, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders (both written and verbally)

Serve as an authority and consultant alongside the Client Success team to guide new clients through implementation and existing clients through data updates

Collaborate in designing and improving the functionalities of internal tools and products

Automate or help automate as many manual data analysis activities as possible

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in math, computer science, business administration and information systems or another relevant field required

Advanced degree preferred

Background or familiarity with statistics and business analytics

Capacity to work independently and/or as part of a team

Preferred, but not necessary: computer programming skills, specifically SQL and Python

The base salary range for this role is listed below. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Pay Transparency $70,000 — $88,000 USD
