Lenka Studio is a small design, development and marketing agency in Bali and Jakarta, working with clients across Indonesia and beyond. AI handles a lot of our busywork. The one job we still hire a person for is talking to clients.
Your tasks
You'll find, pitch and close clients for our app development, website and digital marketing services. You'll run the full cycle: prospecting, discovery calls and proposals with our team. You can be based in Jakarta, Surabaya or Bali.
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling services, software or agency work
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and confident English, written and spoken
- Comfortable prospecting by email and running discovery calls with founders and business owners
- Organized: you keep the pipeline up to date and follow up without being chased
- Bonus: a business network in Jakarta, Surabaya or Bali, or a background in tech or digital
