We're recruiting for an ambitious and driven NDA File Handler to join our award-winning Counter Fraud division. You'll manage a litigated caseload of suspected fraudulent motor claims, working closely with insurers, fraud specialists and experienced Lead Lawyers to investigate, challenge and defend dishonest claims. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing evidence, developing litigation strategies and achieving successful outcomes for clients. The caseload will consist of a range of suspected fraudulent insurance claims consisting of the following types of claim:

  • Bogus Passenger
  • Staged/Contrived
  • Fraudulent Exaggeration
  • Induced accidents
  • Low Speed Impact
  • Late Notification Claims
  • Credit Hire Fraud
  • MIB
  • Linked & Organised Crime

Key Responsibilities Managing a litigated caseload of suspected fraud RTA claims from litigation through to resolution Reviewing and analysing evidence to develop effective case strategies Working closely with insurer clients on a non-delegated basis Conducting investigations and progressing cases in line with procedural deadlines Identifying strategic litigation opportunities and emerging fraud trends Delivering excellent client service while achieving performance and financial targets Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring regulatory compliance Working Hours 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Bolton, Parklands Office.
