Accountabilities: Own technical architecture decisions and define high-level design strategies, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and engineering best practices.

Establish and maintain technical standards, including coding practices, architectural patterns, development tools, and technology platforms.

Provide hands-on technical guidance and collaborate with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Design and review software architectures using methodologies such as UML, C4, and ArchiMate to communicate complex solutions effectively.

Lead architecture discussions and contribute to solution design across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

Ensure the adoption of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD processes.

Guide the implementation of solutions using technologies such as ReactJS, REST APIs, C#, and .NET.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate trade-offs, recommend solutions, and support strategic technology decisions.

Contribute to SaaS architecture initiatives and cloud-based solution designs where applicable.

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

13+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years of experience in Software Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.

Strong hands-on expertise with ReactJS and modern front-end development practices.

Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs.

Solid knowledge of C# and .NET technologies.

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, architectural patterns, and design methodologies.

Proven experience working with Agile software development methodologies.

Experience creating high-level technical designs using UML, C4, and/or ArchiMate frameworks.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

Experience designing solutions across web, desktop, and mobile platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with SaaS architecture principles and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as Cloud Solutions Architect certifications or TOGAF certification are advantageous.

Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage technical challenges, support teams during critical situations, and evaluate solutions from both technical and business perspectives.
