Software Engineer / Developer

Accountabilities: As a Software Engineer / Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions while contributing to innovative products and platforms. Depending on your specialization, your responsibilities may include:

Building and delivering high-quality software across frontend, backend, full-stack, data, and platform domains.

Designing and developing scalable backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-based solutions.

Creating data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and high-volume event-driven architectures.

Developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and technologies.

Integrating AI capabilities into applications to create intelligent, user-focused experiences.

Designing and maintaining scalable systems capable of processing large volumes of data.

Owning projects end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement.

Optimizing applications and infrastructure for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Building internal platforms, developer tools, and reusable components that improve engineering productivity.

Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.

Implementing monitoring, analytics, and experimentation practices to continuously improve products.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled software engineer with strong technical foundations, a problem-solving mindset, and experience building production-grade systems. Required qualifications include:

4–7+ years of experience developing and delivering production-level software.

Strong programming experience in one or more relevant languages such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, responsive design, and accessibility practices is preferred for frontend-focused roles.

Experience designing backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures is preferred for backend-focused roles.

Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, schema design, and large-scale data modeling.

Experience working with databases and data technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, ClickHouse, or similar platforms.

Ability to design systems that are scalable, maintainable, and adaptable over time.

Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

Ability to balance rapid delivery with long-term technical quality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.

High ownership mentality, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.

Bonus experience with AI/ML systems, statistical modeling, real-time data environments, or startup environments.
