Go-To-Market Manager
Accountabilities: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies covering product positioning, pricing, channel strategy, sales enablement, launch planning, and performance measurement.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, marketing, service, compliance, and partner management teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
Define launch objectives, timelines, success metrics, and post-launch feedback processes while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and differentiated messaging for employers, brokers, members, and distribution partners.
Coordinate sales training, partner education, launch materials, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and other enablement resources to ensure market readiness.
Monitor product adoption, evaluate launch performance using data-driven insights, and recommend continuous improvements to optimize business results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
7+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, or go-to-market execution within the health or ancillary insurance industry.
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional product launches and commercialization initiatives.
Strong program and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Knowledge of health insurance, ancillary insurance products, broker distribution models, and health plan partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to measure launch success and drive continuous improvement.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Competitive base salary ranging from $82,000 to $115,000 , based on experience and location.
