Freelance Mobile App Developer (iOS / Android)

Accountabilities: The Mobile App Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving reliable mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The role requires strong technical ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to independently deliver production-ready mobile experiences.

Build mobile applications using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Swift/SwiftUI, or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.

Develop responsive and intuitive mobile interfaces aligned with platform standards, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design principles.

Integrate native device capabilities such as camera, push notifications, location services, storage, and biometric authentication.

Connect applications with backend APIs while managing offline functionality, caching, synchronization, and data handling.

Implement mobile monetization features, including in-app purchases, advertisements, and subscription models when required.

Review, debug, optimize, and refactor application code to improve performance, stability, battery efficiency, and maintainability.

Troubleshoot platform-specific issues and prepare applications for deployment through TestFlight and Google Play Console.

Build and refine applications across different categories, including productivity, wellness, utilities, gaming, delivery, and content-based experiences.

Independently manage assigned development tasks and deliver complete mobile features within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled mobile developer with hands-on experience creating and launching applications for iOS, Android, or both platforms. Strong technical fundamentals, independence, and a focus on quality are essential for success in this role.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.

Strong experience with at least one mobile development framework: React Native, Flutter, Swift/SwiftUI, or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.

Solid understanding of mobile UI patterns, navigation, state management, and platform-specific development guidelines.

Experience integrating REST APIs, handling asynchronous data flows, and managing local storage.

Familiarity with native device APIs, including notifications, camera, location, storage, and biometrics.

Experience with mobile build processes, code signing, and publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.

Knowledge of backend services such as Firebase, Supabase, or similar platforms is a plus.

Experience implementing in-app purchases, ads, or subscriptions is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on application performance, stability, and user experience.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver complete features remotely.

Portfolio of shipped mobile applications is required, with App Store or Google Play links preferred.

Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or above).
