Business Operations Manager (Chinese-Speaking)

Accountabilities: The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for expanding market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting business growth across Chinese-speaking markets through strong operational execution and industry expertise.

Identify, develop, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with token projects and key stakeholders within the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Build and maintain relationships with crypto influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry communities to increase brand awareness and user adoption.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategies.

Analyze the cryptocurrency landscape, particularly derivatives trading markets, to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and relevant media opportunities within Chinese-speaking communities.

Communicate the value proposition and vision effectively in both English and Mandarin to partners, users, and industry stakeholders.

Support the development and execution of regional growth initiatives through strategic planning and operational coordination.

Maintain awareness of evolving crypto regulations and market dynamics to help guide business decisions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a bilingual business professional with strong cryptocurrency industry knowledge, strategic partnership experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing global environment.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets, particularly derivatives trading.

Previous experience working with crypto exchanges or blockchain-related businesses, with knowledge of market dynamics and regional regulations.

Proven experience developing strategic partnerships, managing business relationships, or engaging with influencers and key opinion leaders.

Strong understanding of the Chinese-speaking crypto ecosystem and relevant industry communities.

Ability to analyze complex market information, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable working across cultures and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
