Join Jack Morton's Fleet Services team and play a critical role in delivering seamless exhibit and event logistics for some of the world's most recognized brands. As an Account Manager - Exhibits & Events you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing hundreds of projects each year while ensuring every shipment, installation, asset, and event execution is delivered with precision. From trade shows and conferences to fleet asset management and production coordination, you'll be at the center of keeping our clients' programs running smoothly. What You'll Do Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned Fleet Services clients. Manage a high volume of exhibit and event projects from order through completion. Coordinate project timelines, logistics, installations, dismantles, and asset management. Partner with internal teams including Estimating, Field Services, Show Services, Production, Prepress, and Operations to ensure flawless execution. Prepare proposals, process orders, manage approvals, and track deliveries and returns. Maintain accurate project financials, estimates, invoicing, and client inventory records. Coordinate production of graphics and exhibit assets with vendors and internal teams. Ensure projects comply with show regulations, client requirements, and company processes. Build strong client relationships while proactively identifying solutions and resolving issues. What You Bring 1–3+ years of experience in account management, project management, event operations, exhibit management, logistics, or a related field. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, or operational workflows is highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills. Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll Be Successful If You...
