Your tasks

You will manage procurement for marine spares and stores, ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing and delivery while coordinating vessel schedules and communications with stakeholders to support efficient vessel operations.

• Source marine inventory quickly and cost-effectively to meet vessel operational needs
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for spares and stores for assigned vessels
• Monitor vessel schedules and provide timely updates on requisition and delivery status to vessels and stakeholders
• Handle procurement-related inquiries, communications, and emails to ensure clarity and responsiveness
• Work independently and maintain performance under pressure in a fast-paced marine environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members using strong interpersonal skills to support procurement objectives

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the marine industry
• Experience in offshore operations
