As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and project handover.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with software developers, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable project tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in IT project management, software development, or technology-related project coordination.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, IoT, cloud platforms, or enterprise software projects.
• Familiarity with API integration, software testing, and system deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with external vendors or managing technical teams.
• Experience in client-facing technology consulting or implementation projects.
