Calling For All Applicants For Customer Service Team!

We’re looking for a Customer Service to join our Sales team to generate high-quality sales leads and develop a future potential to scale and enlarge sales demand opportunities in Indonesia.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Create a great first impression to our prospect client by providing them with a meaningful experience and overview of our value.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of all things about Harisenin to educate potential clients on the value of our products.
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative & compelling follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Having experience doing sales activity or customer service
• Last year student (min. semester 7 & Fresh Graduate very welcome)
• Also open to housewives
• Excited to help other people improve their life through education
• Well-polished communication skills to convince prospects
• Pitching skills (able to ‘relate’ to prospects)
• Willing to work in a shift system, including during national holidays (including the Eid/Nyepi holiday period).
