Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise all daily operations within the warehouse.
• Follow-up on the processes of receiving, storing and disbursing raw materials and materials.
• Monitor inventory balances and ensure data accuracy.
• Implementing and following up the periodic inventory work and investigating inventory differences.
• Ensure that all warehouse transactions are properly recorded on the ERP system.
• Monitoring the movement of raw materials, production supplies and finished products.
• Organizing and arranging the warehouse and optimizing the use of spaces.
• Distributing tasks to the warehouse team and following up on performance.
• Continuous coordination with the production, procurement, accounts and planning departments.
• Ensuring the safety and proper storage of raw materials and protecting them from damage or loss.
• Follow-up on compliance with the procedures and policies of the warehouses.
• Ensure the application of occupational safety and health requirements inside the warehouse.

At least 5 years of experience in the field of warehousing.

Previous experience in an industrial environment.

Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a supervisory position in warehouses.

Experience in managing and controlling inventory, inventory, and reconciliations.

Experience in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office software.

Good skills in leading and following up on the team.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
