We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Solution Engineer to join our team.

Tasks

Customer Technical Consulting and Solution Delivery Provide technical consultation and support to international eBike customers by developing a thorough understanding of their business models and industry requirements. Develop tailored solutions based on the company’s product portfolio and technical capabilities, and provide end-to-end technical support to help customers deliver high-quality eBike products. Customer Project Management Manage customer customization projects throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement collection, clarification, coordination, and delivery. Serve as the primary customer-facing project manager and the customer’s internal representative, working closely with R&D, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Market and Technology Insights and Product Definition Monitor customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. Translate market insights and competitive benchmarking into product performance and functional requirements. Contribute to product roadmap planning and support the development and launch of new products.

Profile

Required Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering- or science-related discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Strong communication, coordination, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a customer-focused, big-picture perspective. Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate with international customers, understand technical documentation, and participate in technical discussions. Experience in competitive analysis and product requirements definition. Preferred Experience translating market needs and customer pain points into product features is highly preferred. Experience in the eBike industry or knowledge of the European eBike market is a plus.
