Job Description

Lead electrical engineering design for complex transport infrastructure and building projects.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and satisfaction.

Act as PIC/PM and Registered QP/PE for statutory submissions and certifications, where required.

Support business development by identifying and securing new project opportunities.

Establish and maintain the Company’s technical standards and performance specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) in Singapore.
• Strong experience in complex/mega projects and multidisciplinary environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and authority submission processes, including LTA, PUB, BCA, SCDF, SPPG, and TFCC.
• Proficient in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, TRACE, and DIALux.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
